SCHÜTZ (UK), part of the global SCHÜTZ group, was established in 1992 and is the sole UK subsidiary. We are a market leading supplier of industrial packaging to a wide range of industries and applications.
We are currently looking to recruit a Ticket Service Administrator.
Package: Circa. £28,000 + Other Benefits
We offer a collection service to our customers for the return of their empty IBC Packaging, where, based at our modern facilities in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, the successful applicant will receive and process customer requests, and be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks as a member of our IBC collection service team.
Key Tasks:
- Liaise directly with customers / end-users and internal departments
- Process collection requests from customers / end-users
- Issue relevant documentation as required
- Process and issue invoices, and follow up where overdues accrue
- Monitoring of overdue accounts
Skills / Experience:
- Proficient level of IT competence - SAP experience would be advantageous
- Previous administrative background
- Polite & professional personal skills
- Good organisational & prioritising skills
Individual Requirements:
- Self-motivated; Pro-active
- Enthusiastic and willing to succeed
- Good communicator; ability to work as part of a team
- Personable manner and presentation
