Permanent - Lead Developer - Proximity Development/Front Office Focus
A hands-on development leadership role, managing a small proximity development team that delivers tailored software solutions for commodities trading and front office users. This role combines people management, stakeholder communication, and direct development across pricing, risk, and reporting tools.
- Act as the key interface between business users and development team.
- Lead the team in delivering tools to support trading, risk, and operations.
- Manage delivery pipeline, business prioritization, and technical planning.
- Develop solutions across pricing, market data contributions, and risk reporting.
- Collaborate with global teams, align with Head Office on process and governance.
- Oversee BAU support and manage rota coverage for trading hours.

Contract - Front Office Application Developer
Join a Front Office-aligned technology team supporting Global Markets, Commodities and Structured Credit. You'll deliver custom tools for traders, sales, and structurers in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.
- Develop and support bespoke front office applications.
- Work closely with traders and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing tools.
- Integrate pricing libraries and support onboarding of new products.
- Recommend tech solutions and contribute to architecture.
Required Skills
- Strong OO programming background.
