About Us
We’re Twenty One Twelve, a high-performing B2B marketing agency helping tech, fintech, and financial services companies engage hard-to-reach audiences. Our reputation is built on clear thinking, strategic delivery, and a partnership-first approach that gets results.
Following sustained growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to help us deliver exceptional client work while supporting the development of our growing delivery team.
The Role
This is a hands-on and client-facing position. You’ll lead several high-value accounts, working with CMOs, founders, and leadership teams to plan and oversee campaigns. You’ll coordinate our in-house content, design, and implementation specialists—ensuring we deliver the right work, on time, with impact. We are still small, so this position will suit someone who is still willing and able to get their hands dirty and support implementation of client work. You’ll also support agency growth by working closely with the founder to develop processes, grow accounts, and elevate delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships for multiple retained accounts (typically in tech/FS)
- Lead campaign strategy, timelines, and deliverables from briefing to reporting
- Work with an internal team (across UK & South Africa) to delegate and coordinate work
- Conduct performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and reporting calls
- Get stuck in when needed—this is still a delivery role, not just oversight
- Spot upsell/growth opportunities with existing clients
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Support the founder with growth initiatives and business planning
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in a B2B agency or consultancy with experience across multiple client sectors
- Track record managing multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, content, events)
- Strong written and verbal communication—can build C-level trust
- Ability to lead internal teams, structure delivery, and coach others
- Good grasp of HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, and tools like Trello or Notion
- A bias for ownership, problem-solving, and commercial thinking
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services or other complex B2B sectors
- Knowledge of ABM or partnership marketing
- Confident briefing design, content, and outreach elements
Why Join Us?
- Flexible working (part-time or full-time)
- High-quality client base in interesting, complex sectors
- Tight-knit team with a low-ego, high-output culture
- Opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing agency
