Expand KBR's presence across multiple sectors including energy transition, petrochemicals, refining, hydrogen, and infrastructure.
  • Full-Lifecycle Engineering Services Sales: Identify and pursue opportunities across the full project lifecycle. Shape commercial strategies and teaming approaches to align with client delivery models and risk profiles.

Lead complex pursuits from capture planning through bid submission and negotiation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, competitive, and executable proposals.
  • Market Engagement & Positioning: Represent KBR at key industry events, regional project forums, and client workshops. Monitor regional investment trends, regulatory changes, and emerging markets tied to energy transition and decarbonisation. Support regional leadership with actionable insights and market entry strategies.

  • Proven track record of winning complex engineering and PMC contracts worth £10M+.
  • Strong understanding of capital project structures, contracting models, and client decision-making processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Fluent in English; additional European languages a strong asset.
