What You’ll Do:
- Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring customers that rely on advanced temperature and Power solutions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for HVAC/Power equipment.
- Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.
- Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the business fully.
- Account Management: Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.
- Market Growth: Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.
- Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of HVAC or Power Supply equipment.
- Experience working with rental products.
- Experience in a technical selling environment.
- Positive customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to interact in a team environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to handle objections and build trust.
