Your role of Membership and Relationship Manager is to fully qualify all opportunities that come via direct or 3rd party channels. The individual must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to identify the best solution within our portfolio for each client. You will be accountable for conversion rates from enquiry to the tour being arranged and manage the ongoing conversation until the viewing is completed and converted to sale. You will need to work effectively as part of a sales team and have excellent time management skills to remain in control of all live opportunities. You will be expected to complete business development and work closely with the Broker and Agent channel partner to increase lead flow. Additionally, you will play a key part in relationship managing a portion of the members, using the relationships you have built through the sales process in order to make sure their experience continues to be a positive one as members - taking care of their engagement in the house, minimising churn and growing accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Deliver and exceed daily/weekly KPIs set by your sales manager.
- Work effectively as part of a team to work towards group KPI targets.
- Liaise with 3rd parties to book in viewings for yourself or appropriate AE.
- Manage each lead on Salesforce and become efficient in using this system correctly for managing leads and reporting.
- Manage pipeline and present to GM/SD on all membership sales.
- Manage invoicing and initial lounge membership payments.
- Manage and execute on quarterly member checks in to be logged in Salesforce.
- Manage ‘churn’ for lounge with escalation to GM/SD as appropriate.
- Manage ‘onboarding’ for lounge with House manager.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years in direct sales.
- Energetic, passionate, hungry to create, manage and evolve a product.
- Customer service-oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and the ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent experience.
- Ability to problem solve and objection handle client and broker needs and relationships.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, super adaptable, and can work autonomously.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs and other technology solutions for streamlining business processes.
