What You’ll Own- Own and evolve a robust, scalable design system that supports rapid product development across the organisation.
- Translate Figma designs into production-ready React components using TypeScript & Next.js.
- Define and drive best practices in UI architecture, testing, accessibility, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to align vision with execution.
- Champion a design-first, developer-friendly culture that values quality, velocity, and innovation.
- Influence front-end strategy, tooling, and workflows at scale.

- 7+ years of front-end engineering experience with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
