We are seeking an experienced and driven Wholesale Manager to oversee and grow our global luxury womenswear wholesale business. This role requires a strong understanding of the high-end fashion market, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key wholesale partners, department stores, and specialty boutiques across multiple territories. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, commercially minded, and deeply passionate about the luxury womenswear industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Manage and develop strong relationships with existing wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and sales targets.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new wholesale opportunities in key international markets, focusing on high-potential luxury accounts.
  • Seasonal Sales Campaigns: Lead the end-to-end sales process during market weeks, including showroom appointments, order processing, and seasonal follow-ups.
  • Sales Analysis & Reporting: Monitor sales performance by account and territory; analyze data to inform buying behavior, sell-through rates, and forecasting.
  • Product & Merchandising Insight: Collaborate with merchandising and design teams to communicate market feedback and align collections with wholesale demand.
  • Travel & Showroom Management: Represent the brand at international trade shows, showrooms, and account visits; organize and oversee seasonal sales campaigns in key cities.
  • Order & Inventory Coordination: Work with operations and logistics to manage order entry, delivery schedules, and stock allocation.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s image and values in all client interactions, acting as a key ambassador to the wholesale market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of wholesale experience within the luxury fashion or high-end womenswear industry.
  • Established relationships with top-tier department stores and independent boutiques globally.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple markets and deadlines.
  • Proficient in wholesale systems (e.g., JOOR, Zedonk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel internationally during market periods and for key account meetings.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
