Client Manager / Account Manager Location: London (2 days per week) & WFH Type: Full-time Our client is an innovative digital ecommerce product company, scaling fast and shaping the future of online experiences. With a global client portfolio and strategically placed offices, the company requires an additional client manager to be the conduit between the business and clients / projects. Be the go-to point of contact that clients rely on for strategic advice and support. Identify and expand opportunities to existing clients and projects, by being personable and inquisitive to the needs and scale required. Act as the crucial bridge between our clients and internal teams—ranging from support and product development to marketing and technical engineering—to ensure a seamless service experience and proactive problem resolution. Strategic Planning & Insights: Lead periodic account reviews by providing actionable insights based on market trends, customer analytics, and performance data. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing challenges promptly and effectively while advocating for customer feedback to improve our digital products continuously. You have a proven track record as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role—ideally within digital ecommerce or technology-driven companies—with a strong portfolio of building lasting client relationships. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to translate complex digital product concepts into clear value propositions that resonate with clients at all levels. Anticipating client needs and market shifts is second nature to you. Digital Savvy: An understanding of the digital ecommerce environment is essential. Experience with modern digital tools and a passion for technology are key to thriving in our rapidly evolving space.
