Location: Manchester City Centre (5-day week incl. Salary: Up to £30,000 + bonus + structured progression (we will pay more for the right person!)

You’ll be working with engaged, long-standing clients across tech, data, and digital – but we’re not looking for someone to sit back and wait for jobs to land.

  • Taking high-quality tech roles from client brief to candidate placement
  • Working directly with hiring managers to qualify and scope requirements
  • Sourcing and managing candidates through full recruitment lifecycle

1–2 years in a 360 or 270 recruitment role (ideally tech/perm)

  • Naturally proactive – you enjoy picking up the phone, asking questions, closing deals
  • You’ve experienced the ups and downs of recruitment – and you’re still hungry to grow
  • Real development – regular 1-2-1 coaching, team training, progression mapped
  • Genuine support - track record of developing employees with 0 recruitment experience

This role is ideal if you're billing and capable, but want more ownership, more impact, and more support – without sacrificing the buzz of building and selling.
