We\’re looking for a Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions across our core line‑of‑business applications. You\’ll translate business requirements into clear, functional specifications, shape system designs, and ensure seamless integrations – both in‑house and with trusted third‑party partners.
Your new role

  • Translate business needs: Integrate business requirements into functional requirements for in‑house developed systems.
  • Design core systems: Create system designs for line‑of‑business applications, with a strong appreciation for third‑party integrations and data feeds.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with analysts, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and great user experience.
  • Map interfaces: Document and map interfaces between legacy and new systems to support robust transitions.
  • Vendor liaison: Act as a point of interface between the Group and current/potential third‑party technology suppliers.
  • Maximise partnerships: Partner with third‑party suppliers to help the Group realise full value from relationships/partnerships.
  • Admin & configuration: Provide technical administration and configuration support across a broad range of third‑party technology platforms.

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in a technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience documenting functional/technical specifications.
  • Ability to analyse and document business processes, and clearly convey the resulting technical requirements and implications.
  • Demonstrable experience writing functional and technical specifications.
  • Experience mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems, including third‑party integrations.
  • Confident working with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to present proof‑of‑concept work to stakeholders to aid understanding and support decision‑making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with integration patterns, APIs, data feeds, and ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with requirements management and diagramming tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure/AWS) and modern integration frameworks.

What you\’ll get in return

  • Impactful role shaping critical business systems.
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • Professional development and training opportunities.
  • Competitive day rate and comprehensive benefits.
