TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 3 MONTH CONTRACT starting in JAN 2025.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software. Outside IR35 role; Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks. Over 4000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION AND EPC.
MUST BE A QUALIFIED DEAL. Lodgement fee is paid by the client. Properties located in/around - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, BEDFORDSHIRE, AND HERTFORDSHIRE.
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided, and letter of authority for the door knocking properties. Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
