As part of their growth, they are looking for credible sales professionals to work either with clients or advertising agencies.

What They\’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience selling to business marketing teams within UK and or EMEA.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and advertising.
  • Established relationships with senior stakeholders at Enterprise and Mid-tier client accounts.
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a focus on results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

What you need to be successful

  • Proactive hunter mentality who can hit the ground running in prospecting for new business.
  • Identify and target high-value accounts, presenting them with tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors, ensuring the sales strategy is adaptable and clients are well-served.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients, effectively communicating the value of the products or services.
  • Lead negotiations to close deals that benefit both the client and the company, ensuring all terms and agreements are clearly defined.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and provide feedback on client needs or industry trends.
  • Track sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback while providing detailed reports to management for strategic decisions.
