Job Description

Team Locum have partnered with a community pharmacy who are seeking two pharmacists to join their team at a technologically advanced and service-focused pharmacy in GL4.

Pharmacist 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (33 hours/week)
Pharmacist 2: Wednesday to Saturday (39 hours/week)

They offer a modern and highly efficient working environment supported by Titan PMR, AI checkers, and a robotic dispensing system. On average, the pharmacy processes 26,000 to 27,000 items per month, with pharmacists typically required to check only about 10% of the workload due to automation.

Remuneration:

Employed Role: £29 per hour
Long-Term Locum: Up to £35 per hour.

Private Services:

Weight Loss Treatments
Ear Wax Removal
Travel Vaccinations

The range of private services is expected to expand further.

Requirements:

Experience with NHS services listed above (training and support available as per company SOPs)
Management experience desired as store is ran by a non-pharmacist manager
Willingness to be trained on private services
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
