As part of our continued growth, we’re looking to hire a skilled Salesforce Developer to join the technology team and help shape the future of their CRM capabilities.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions that support sales, service, and marketing functions. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll play a key role in optimising the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Develop custom applications and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, including integrations with third-party applications
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including code reviews, testing, and deployment
- Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a commercial environment
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builders, and flows
Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and middleware
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II a plus)
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is desirable
Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
