We're hiring: Data Analytics Engineer in London (Hybrid – 3 days in office) with a competitive salary + performance-based bonus and 12% flexible benefits.
I'm working with a global fintech scale-up on a mission to reimagine how people trade and invest. With hundreds of thousands of users worldwide and a strong presence across 18 countries, we’re looking for someone who can help harness the power of data to fuel smarter marketing decisions.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves owning the full analytics engineering process from tracking and modelling through to dashboarding and strategic insight.
What you'll be doing:- Designing and maintaining data pipelines for marketing data sources
- Building and optimising models for marketing analytics and attribution
- Creating tracking frameworks and event schemas for performance marketing
- Developing self-serve dashboards and reporting systems
- Supporting campaign analysis, marketing performance reviews and ad hoc insights
- Ensuring data quality, accessibility and governance with the help of our data engineering team
- Experience in analytics engineering, BI, or a related role
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills
- Hands-on with modern BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Understanding of ETL processes and marketing data flows
- Familiarity with attribution models and marketing metrics
- Experience working with version control and modern data stack tech
