- Head high-impact engagements from discovery and visioning to road mapping and experience definition, ensuring outcomes serve both user needs and business goals.
- Translate research and behavioral insights into actionable experience principles, opportunity areas, and product strategies.
- Plan and facilitate strategic workshops that unlock insight, align stakeholders, and shape clear product direction.
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, guiding prioritization, navigating ambiguity, and helping stakeholders make confident, user-centered decisions.

What You Bring
- 15+ years in UX, research, or design strategy, including 5+ years in a leadership role guiding cross-functional teams and client relationships.
- Mastery of user-centered and service design tools, journey maps, experience principles, roadmaps, systems thinking and strategic frameworks.
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, you build consensus, inspire action, and bring strategy to life.
- A track record of leading and mentoring UX teams raising the bar on clarity, critical thinking, and craft.
- Confidence in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, able to simplify complexity and drive meaningful progress.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
