Head of Product / Product Director We have partnered with a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up to find an inspiring Head of Product/Product Director to lead their Product & Design team and shape the future of their innovative digital platform. Location: Remote (UK-based) Team: Leading a talented group of 5 product and design professionals About the Role This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic and hands-on product leader. You’ll own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with engineering, commercial, and customer teams to deliver solutions that delight users and drive business growth. The role blends big-picture thinking with day-to-day product craft and offers the opportunity to influence company direction in a collaborative, scale-up environment. Key Responsibilities Define and execute a bold product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration Inspire and mentor your team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement Use data, customer insights, and market trends to inform product decisions Partner closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver innovative features Present product vision and progress clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders Ideal Candidate 8 years’ experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, empowering style Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution Interest or experience in AI and emerging technologies is a plus Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex ideas simply Agile mindset, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability Experience in regulated sectors or PE-backed businesses is advantageous Why This Role?
