Role Overview
This hybrid role merges Business Development responsibilities with property digitization and content creation. You will work closely with the BD Manager to help grow our property portfolio, support sales training and supplier engagement, while also producing compelling digital content and virtual tours that bring our listings to life. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Support the BD Manager in expanding our property portfolio both in the UK and internationally.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private HMO landlords.
- Represent Uhomes at industry events to enhance brand presence and build new partnerships.
- Communicate our SaaS platform (UhomesPro) capabilities to suppliers, highlighting our tech leadership.
- Research market trends, competitors, and propose strategic business initiatives.
- Help organize internal sales training sessions to keep the team updated on key listings and developments.
- Visit properties in person to gather not just factual data but a full sensory impression β what you see, hear, and feel β and translate that into digital content and internal documentation.
- Communicate the unique selling points (USPs) of each property clearly and vividly so both the sales team and potential users can understand what makes each property special.
- Create high-quality videos, photos, and virtual tours that convey a property's highlights, atmosphere, and lifestyle appeal.
- Populate our internal property dictionary and CRM with comprehensive insights to boost sales readiness and property visibility.
- Work closely with the BD and sales teams to ensure the content serves as a practical tool to close deals.
- Build a scalable visual and informational database that improves the experience for both internal staff and customers browsing online.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal.
- 1+ year experience in real estate, property tech, hospitality, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset.
- Basic knowledge or interest in videography/content creation preferred.
- Experience using video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus.
