Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join a dynamic principal investment team in London. The group focuses on deploying flexible private capital across a range of sectors and asset classes, often partnering with management teams and sponsors to deliver tailored financing and investment solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, structured investments spanning private equity, private credit, and hybrid capital situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination, structuring, and execution of private principal investments across multiple sectors and transaction types.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis to assess potential opportunities.
• Perform detailed due diligence, including market, operational, and financial analysis.
• Prepare investment committee materials and contribute to deal discussions.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and counterparties to drive transaction processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, private credit, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to think creatively about investment opportunities.
• Experience working on complex transactions, ideally involving structured financing, private equity, or debt solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
