Locations: Nationwide: England & Wales. Immediate cover needed in: NR, IP, TN, ME, CT, KT, TW, SL, Greater London, Essex, West Midlands.

Role Description:

  • Enforcing High Court Writs of Control, CRAR and Forfeiture of Leases
  • Navigating challenging situations with tact, professionalism, and empathy
  • Managing your caseload within your local area – regular case allocations in your postcode

Salary: Uncapped earnings + 35% commission on enforcement fees (including sale & disposal).

About you:

  • Certificated: You must possess an Enforcement Agent Certificate.
  • Resilient and Firm: You remain calm and collected under pressure while confidently managing complex scenarios.
  • Empathetic: You approach all interactions with professionalism and understanding.
  • Self-Motivated: You are driven to achieve results, aligning with the company's values.

You must have:

  • A valid Enforcement Agent Certificate
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
  • No criminal record
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification – Taking Control of Goods
  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
