IBA Technician Up to £55,000 + Bonus & Attractive Benefits (listed below) 3 Days in London / 2 Days Remote Our client, is a highly reputable, well-established and leading International Lloyd\’s Broker, who have a strong presence within the London Market Insurance. With offices globally, you will be based in their Head Office, in the heart of the City of London and only a stone throw away from the prestigious Lloyd\’s of London building. Due to their excellent performance and growth, they are now expanding and are seeking motivated IBA Technician to support the activities of the Finance and Technical Processing team. Responsible for bank reconciliation and cash matching Preparing and processing premiums, commission and claims payments Bank reconciliations and knowledge of banking systems to enable premium, commission and claims payments Accurate record keeping using our internal electronic data management system Monitoring credit risk, funding, unallocated cash, un-forwarded balances and unrealised Brokerage Liaison with international offices and providing IBA support Having Insurance experienced is essential – ideally London Market experience (working for a Lloyd\’s Broker is advantageous) Working knowledge of client money rules and legal principles applicable to insurance MS Excel to intermediate level Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure the deadlines are met without compromising on quality Competitive salary and discretionary bonus ~25 Days holiday ~ Flexible holiday purchase scheme ~ Private health insurance ~ Health care cash plan ~ Defined contribution pension scheme (minimum employee contribution 5% of base, with 10% contributed by company) ~ Bike 2 Work Scheme ~ Employee Assistance Programme ~ Travel Insurance ~
