Main purpose of the role: Simmons Adaptive are looking for an experienced funds lawyer to support one of our financial institution clients in London. This role advises on a broad range of funds products. Person specification: You are a qualified lawyer with funds experience. Previous experience with private equity funds is essential. You will have experience in fund structuring, distribution and offering documentation. You will ideally have good working knowledge of ESG regulations. You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner. You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team. You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
