Operations Planning Manager required to join a rapidly growing manufacturing business to support the manufacturing and testing plans. This is a strategic role which will require the Operations Planning Manager to optimise capacity. Managing a team of Planners you will be heavily reliant on data to create intelligent insights and play a central part in transforming how the business uses operational data to make timely decisions.

Responsibilities will include evolving the ERP system and providing timely visibility of on-time delivery and risks to capacity, delivery and any improvement opportunities.

Suitable candidates will have proven experience of production planning and operational scheduling with knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to simplify complexity. The Operational Planning Manager will need to be highly data literate and be proficient in data analysis, structure design and modelling. Experience within an Engineering business would be beneficial.
