We are partnered with a pioneering blockchain infrastructure company that is building the backbone of decentralized finance. Our client supports some of the most widely used wallets and exchanges in the crypto space, with their systems currently handling over 20% of Ethereum network traffic. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact, revenue-generating team at the forefront of DeFi, MEV, and Web3 innovation. As one of the early hires, you'll play a key role in shaping both the product and the company's future.
The Role
- Work deeply within the DeFi ecosystem across Ethereum, Base, Solana, and other chains
- Design and implement core backend systems and APIs (Golang preferred, but open to other languages for strong MEV candidates)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to scope, design, and launch new features and products
- Scale infrastructure to meet growing demand and complexity
- Tackle complex engineering challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
About You
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Mandatory experience with MEV (searching, strategies, or infrastructure)
- Strong backend engineering skills; Golang preferred, but open to other languages if MEV experience is strong
- Full-stack experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Deep interest in blockchain, Web3, and the future of decentralized finance
