We’re hiring an Instructional Designer to create powerful learning experiences that inspire and support students in their early careers. You’ll lead the development of digital and live content—from e-learning and video to webinars and workshops—focused on skills, confidence, and employability. What you’ll do: Design accessible, engaging learning content for Gen Z students. Lead a flagship programme helping students succeed in the world of work. Work with subject matter experts to turn complex info into learner-friendly content. Use models like ADDIE and Bloom’s to deliver impactful, outcome-driven learning. Gather feedback and data to refine and improve content continuously. About you: Experience in instructional or learning experience design. Skilled with Articulate 360, LMS platforms, and video tools. Solid understanding of adult learning theory and learning design models. Collaborative and user-focused, with a passion for inclusive education. Bonus: experience with UX writing or behavioural design.
