They represent banks, finance companies, hedge funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in variety of matters including:Leveraged finance, debt and direct lendingAsset finance (focus on aircraft and rail)Infrastructure financeFund financeRestructuringThe Ideal CandidateYou will have at least 1 – 4 years of experience working in a leading Banking & Finance practice.
