We are hiring Site Managers – Interior Fit-Out Experts for high-end projects in KSA & UAE.
ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors. ALEC FITOUT is seeking a Site Manager who will lead the execution of fit-out works on-site from planning and progress monitoring to quality assurance, HSE compliance, and subcontractor coordination. You’ll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of luxury interiors in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Please note that this role may be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in Saudi Arabia (KSA) or United Arab Emirates (UAE). Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and in-house teams to maintain schedule and quality.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and client expectations.
- Manage subcontractor performance and support variation/claim documentation.
- Mentor and guide the construction team to maintain a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- ~10+ years' construction experience, with at least 5 years in interior fit-out.
- ~ Expertise in managing luxury fit-out projects (hospitality, commercial, retail, or residential).
- ~ Deep understanding of interior finishes, sequencing, and subcontractor scopes.
- ~ Fluent in English.
