A leading global investment banking business is expanding their successful Industrials M&A team and is keen to recruit an experienced M&A Associate in London. Their coverage encompasses Capital Goods, Autos, Building Materials, Industrials Tech and Packaging, amongst other key verticals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive production of company valuations and merger & acquisition transaction comparisons based on research findings and client analysis.
- Prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information.
- Lead the preparation of materials to support a high velocity of interactions with Industrial sector companies and investors.
- Assist in the preparation of information memoranda, transaction-related documentation and client presentations.
- Perform in-depth quantitative financial analysis as it pertains to business, industry and economic forecasting.
Required skills:
- You will be an Associate level M&A professional and will have accrued training and investment banking experience within a well-regarded investment bank or boutique.
- You will possess a solid understanding of the sell-side M&A process, along with proven experience in successfully executing deals.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities are required.
- Experience advising financial sponsors is advantageous.
