Interim Senior Change Lead – Finance
We're currently working alongside a leading FTSE 50 organisation in their search for an Interim Senior Change Lead. The role will be carried out on a hybrid working basis and will run for 2 years on an FTC.
Our client are currently going through a large scale Finance Transformation programme and they are looking for this person to develop and implement the change management strategy for a key pillar of this transformation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A track record in leading and managing large scale Finance change initiatives within a global organisation.
- Excellent understanding of key finance processes.
- Experience working on tech enabled finance transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management
