The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London, is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Officer to become part of its dynamic Commercial Short Courses and Business team and promote Central as a world leading and specialist training institution to potential clients.
You will lead and manage the creation and implementation of strategic marketing and sales development to support Central’s recruitment to non-credit bearing courses. The role will build on the campaign and marketing plan for the portfolios of short courses and business training, with a focus on market research to inform the sector focus.
You will collaborate with your team and existing and potential stakeholders to provide support to achieve income targets and growth, aligned to Central’s strategy. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate collaborative ways of working and an ability to work to deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
