The Aftersales Implementation Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team and delivery of impeccable customer service. We are seeking a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for supporting commercial and sales functions. Supporting the day-to-day administration tasks of the optical direct sales team, the Aftersales Implementation Executive will service wholesale customers to the highest standards and monitor the on-time delivery of the sales order book and deliveries of goods to wholesale customers.

Responsibilities
  • System & Sales Support
    • Maintain and update internal systems (NuOrder, Sage, etc.) including product data, customer records, images, and seasonal linesheets.
    • Provide daily sales operation support including order entry, replacements, and client queries.
    • Deliver training on systems to internal teams and agents as needed.
  • Sales Administration & Reporting
    • Manage all sales-related paperwork (e.g., ATA Carnets), ensuring data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
    • Generate weekly and ad-hoc reports to keep the sales team informed and aligned.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Liaise with Merchandising, Allocations, Logistics, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure smooth dispatches, returns, and collections.
    • Support Commercial Implementation Manager in identifying process improvements and logging system issues.
  • Customer & Aftersales Service
    • Respond to wholesale client inquiries, including product details, damages, spares, and return tracking.
    • Provide imagery, stock updates, and custom linesheets on request.
  • Sample Management & Showroom Coordination
    • Organize samples for London showroom, tradeshows, and international events.
    • Oversee sample inventory, returns, and deliveries for global agents.
Qualifications

A systems-savvy administrator with 2+ years’ experience in wholesale, sales operations, or commercial support. Proficient in platforms like NuOrder, Sage, or similar ERP/CRM tools. Strong communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines. Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys refining processes.
