We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our customer’s Product Information (PI) team in Coventry. This is a contract opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and innovative automotive environment. As a PI Propulsion Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of accurate, configured Bills of Materials (BoMs) and product specifications. You will support multiple vehicle lines and model years, aligning with key Product Creation and Delivery System (PCDS) milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage delivery plans for product specifications and BoMs.
- Coordinate with Release Operations and Feature Configuration teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and timeliness to support virtual and physical builds.
- Scenario planning and issue resolution across multiple programmes.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme goals and timelines.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage workload and priorities within a team environment.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo with strong influencing skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is advantageous.
