Someone to take the reins on their most critical tenders. Someone who loves building a winning culture, not just chasing a win rate. Someone who can lead and drive a small team of writers while staying sharp on strategy, storytelling and shaping deals.

The Bid Lead will report directly into the Group Head of Bids and act as the go-to on quality control, bid process leadership and setting the bar for collaboration with stakeholders. You will also be a key part of a broader bid leadership group that shares knowledge across the business. Less siloes, more shared wins.

You will need experience running major bids in the maintenance or social housing world, have a head for strategy and a passion for people.

This role is perfect for a people person with a process brain. Somebody who understands that winning work is a team game and has the capability to build a team that can compete.
