Senior Communications Manager – brand new team lead role in boutique law firm with ambitious plans for growth. This impressive boutique law firm has ambitious plans for growth, is highly profitable and is looking to be the best in its field. What’s more, it boasts a really friendly and supportive culture together with a good work/life balance.
In this newly created Senior Communications Manager role, you will lead on all aspects of PR, external communications, social media and internal communications. This will involve:
- Working with the Marketing Director and Managing to develop the firm’s communications strategy on a firmwide and departmental level;
- Conducting media relations and developing relationships with legal, industry and national press as well as managing a PR agency;
- Developing a content creation strategy – it’s really important that you enjoy writing content;
- External communications – client communications, award submissions and brand awareness;
- Internal communications – developing and implementing a strategy, content and channels;
- Crisis communications;
- Monitoring and measurement;
- Managing a Communications Executive.
You will have significant experience working in a major law firm and have strong press contacts. You will enjoy writing and content creation as well as having the gravitas to influence and persuade partners. Those with a journalistic background who have since transitioned into a law firm would be very welcome to apply.
