The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As we continue to work with more exciting and global clients, we are looking for a customer focussed candidate. Eager to learn and develop the skills required to be subject matter expert (SME) and become a trusted Microsoft Solution Specialist.
The role will require you to work closely with the sales team, to support product licensing enquiries, to help customers understand the best way to procure and license products and ultimately drive product sales through our CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) offering. Training materials and access on learning portals will be provided by Cisilion. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to attend customer meetings, educate sales, run webinars, and drive new business opportunities within our existing and new customer base.
This role will require you to:
- Learn / continue to learn the Microsoft Licensing Product & Software Service portfolio
- Work closely with our Sales Teams, Client Success Managers and Microsoft Sellers to help qualify, define, and shape opportunities to drive and grow license sales and CSP
- Work with customers, pre-sales and other parts of the business to help promote and sell the value of Microsoft products and licensing solutions including, but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365, Surface, Dynamics 365 and Azure.
- Based on experience and expertise, contribute, or run workshops, licensing assessments, persona mapping to help us best advise customers on their technology roadmap and licensing investment.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Demonstrate growth in sales forecast, conversion and CSP business win rate
- Contribution towards our Microsoft growth targets, client retention and acquisition
- Personal product / CSP growth contribution against quarterly targets.
