We are looking for a Group Strategy Director with expertise in quantitative insight to join our team. You will manage and grow your own team and client portfolio, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive to increase the size, profitability and efficiency of your business. You are skilled at building strategic client relationships at a senior level, and at leading and coaching your team to deliver insight that delights our clients and drives organic growth.
Core responsibilities
- Client Builder - Building valuable relationships with clients. You build strong relationships and act as a strategic partner to your clients, shaping their strategy to increase business performance.
- Business Developer – Driving business growth with commercial acumen. You are responsible for overall revenue and business development for your client portfolio, delivering on organic growth and cross-selling opportunities.
- Expert in craft - Doing the day job brilliantly. A GSD at H&P is an expert in answering client’s strategic business questions and inspiring action through superior insight design, analysis and storytelling.
- Team Player – Giving and getting the best from the team. As a team leader, you prioritise team development, aligning and developing your people to deliver against the business strategy.
