JSS are pleased to partner with a highly regarded name in the Private Equity world. We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially astute Finance Manager to the fast-paced and high-performing Group Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple business platforms and geographies, with direct exposure to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports for each private equity platform, delivered on a monthly and quarterly basis for board review.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reporting packages, including platform-level budgets, forecasts, detailed cost analysis, variance reporting, and long-term financial projections.
- Coordinate with regional finance teams across the business to standardize and align reporting practices across all investment platforms.
- Partner with the Head of Finance to enhance cost transparency and improve the quality of management information provided to the Business Operations Executive Committee.
- Ensure platform-level financial data is accurately integrated and aligned with consolidated group financial statements, working closely with the broader Group Finance team.
- Manage and mentor one direct report at the Accountant level, supporting their professional development and day-to-day performance.
- Lead and participate in ad hoc finance-related projects as requested by members of the PE boards.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to private equity boards, effectively communicating financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualified accountant - ACA with 1st time passes, and a strong technical foundation. Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior non-finance audiences.
