The Company:
Our client is a leading UK residential investor. They are backed by two major US capital partners that has seen them go through significant expansion over the past 5 years. Their unique approach to investing through a mix of different deal structures enables them to best mitigate risk, while maximising returns. Their current portfolio consists of over 4,000 urban BTR homes with a GDV in excess of £2bn. They are fully integrated Investor, Developer, and Operator.
Job Objective:
The successful candidate will be based in London. You will be a residential Asset Manager and will sit in their asset management team and be responsible for your own assets and their performance. They are looking for someone that is motivated and happy to be part of a fast paced and growth business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Asset management of a BTR portfolio.
- Reporting, site inspections, budgeting, monthly reviews and managing agents.
- Reporting on asset performance as well as developing asset specific leasing strategies.
- Supporting with presentations of reporting.
- Providing regular market analysis.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Excellent reporting and presenting skills
- Excellent time management
- Detailed and diligent in your work
- Industry relevant experience
- Good team player, self-starter and overall confidence
- Experience in asset management
- Degree in real estate, finance, economics (or a related degree)
