Typical hours 8:00am until 16:30pm Monday to Friday (half hour break) however flexibility needed, 40 hours per week.

A great opportunity for an experienced Driver Trainer to join our distribution and logistics team at our Kent Frozen Foods Depot based in Aylesford, Kent. Working as part of the Transport department's training team, you will work alongside a number of shareholders in a varied role. This includes training our drivers in the classroom, as well as on-road assessments and training. You will be joining a small team that keeps our network running, ensuring we deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.

Having a ROSPA qualification is essential, and an AET qualification is desirable. You'll have recent HGV driving experience (preferably multi-drop experience). The successful Driver Trainer will have an eye for accuracy, alongside being a people person and computer literate. You should showcase a willingness to be flexible in order to cover the department's training needs across all shifts.
