We provide acute hospital, primary, community, and mental health services to a population of over 1.15 million, extending to 2.2 million when regional and national services are included.
Requirement: You must have a live NMC UK pin to be considered for this post. This is a permanent, full-time position of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm, and Friday, 9am-4:30pm. Job share applications will be considered.
Role Overview
We are seeking community mental health staff nurses for our Helensburgh Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The post involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating compassionate care, and assessing individuals referred to the service. Responsibilities include formulating, implementing, and evaluating care programs using a recovery-focused, strength-based approach that encourages self-management. The role requires working independently in various community settings, collaborating with patients, carers, and other professionals within legislative and policy frameworks.
