Strategy & Operations Manager

Role Summary:Support the COO and leadership of a global capital markets business by improving cost transparency, operational efficiency, and strategic insight through financial analysis and reporting. Act as a key link between front-office teams and control/support functions.Key Responsibilities:Deliver financial and operational analysis, produce executive-level presentations, and support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Contribute to projects such as M&A evaluations and investment reviews.Skills & Attributes:Strong analytical background (e.g., finance, consulting), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience working with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and understanding of capital markets products.
