We're hiring on behalf of a high-growth European tech company that’s redefining how professional services approach automation, advisory and collaboration. Think SaaS meets strategic marketing, with a serious focus on scaling smart.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded Field Marketing Executive to take the reins of UK & Ireland marketing activity – from major trade events and partner campaigns to digital webinars and hyper-local roadshows. If you get a buzz from owning your patch, running your own show, and working closely with commercial teams to drive real results – you’ll love this role!

The Role

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing field marketing campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline across the UK and Ireland. You’ll partner up with sales, product, and content teams to create high-impact moments – online and in person – that put the brand in the right conversations with the right people.

You’ll need to be as comfortable negotiating with vendors and designing event stands as you are analysing ROI and pulling together post-event reporting. No two weeks will look the same, but that’s half the fun.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

  • Owning the UK&I field marketing plan: campaigns, events, sponsorships, roadshows, webinars, the lot
  • Leading end-to-end event delivery, from contracts to coffee orders
  • Working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales and Partnerships to get campaigns firing on all cylinders
  • Managing budgets like a boss, with an eye on impact, not just spend
  • Ensuring the brand shows up consistently and brilliantly across channels
  • Using CRM and project management tools to keep everything moving and measurable

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or professional services
  • A portfolio of campaigns and events you’ve delivered (and can talk about in your sleep)
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder skills – you can get buy-in, fast
  • Solid written and verbal comms, and a flair for detail
  • Experience with CRM and campaign tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Monday.com etc.)
  • A commercial head on your shoulders and a suitcase ready for the odd UK or Ireland road trip

Bonus Points If:

  • You’ve worked in or around accounting, fintech, or similar industries
  • You’re confident speaking at events or hosting webinars
  • You know what it’s like to work in a scaling, international business

What’s In It For You?

  • A clear runway to make this role your own
  • Hybrid working and real flexibility
  • Supportive, switched-on marketing peers who know their craft
  • Loads of ownership and career progression in a rapidly scaling environment
  • A no-egos culture that actually values ideas, not titles
