We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable Social Housing client, working in properties within the Bradford and Leeds area. We want to hear from like-minded individuals who truly care about improving people's homes and lives.

The Multi Trade Plasterer role:
- Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within the day-to-day response team, predominantly in Plastering.
- Occasionally undertake first and second fix works in void (untenanted) properties as part of the void refurbishment programme, as well as complete basic plumbing & joinery works.
- Passionate about people, you will pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment.
- Taking pride in health and safety is key to the success of this role, ensuring all actions are communicated effectively and recorded.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Plasterer?
- Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in Plastering.
- Demonstrable previous experience of working in a Multi Trade capacity in an internal setting. Specifically, you will need basic plumbing and basic carpentry/joinery skills.
- Experience with dealing with damp, mould experience would be beneficial.
- Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Plasterer role, with the use of a company van.
