We are looking for a mainly field-based Wholesale Sales Account Manager to drive sales across a portfolio of key retail clients within the fashion & accessories space in the North of England/Scotland. We are looking for a pro-active and creative sales person who can maintain existing long-standing relationships, and spot opportunities to grow these accounts. Based in the North, you must also be available to visit the London HQ when needed.
The Role
- Meet sales targets, providing regular performance progress and feedback to the Sales Director.
- Be the point of contact for an established client base of regional retailers.
- Build fantastic relationships with these accounts – established needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Regular F2F or virtual meetings.
- Ensure all items and ranges are promoted in line with seasonal plans and are live on the site and updated at all times.
- Monitor, analyse and report on accounts – identifying opportunities and threats.
- Assess potential of new business accounts.
- Work with internal teams – including Marketing and VM.
The Person
- Ideally at least 3 years in a Sales/Account manager role – Wholesale/Trade/Retail accounts.
- Happy to manage existing accounts, spot opportunities and pro-actively look at new revenue opportunities.
- Confident to be open and honest and share ideas for improvement across the team.
- Able to multi-task and work at pace.
- Confident negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
