A refined activewear brand at the intersection of fashion and sport is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead its digital commerce. This is an office-based role in the client's new, modern London office. The role is focused on delivering eCommerce success for the brand, balancing trading performance with a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive growth, elevate the brand, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the online store, while also shaping the brand’s digital presence across performance, CRM, and content channels.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the global eCommerce P&L—forecasting, trading, and optimising to hit sales and margin targets.
- Oversee site performance, UX, merchandising, and conversion optimisation.
- Manage day-to-day product launches, homepage refreshes, navigation, SEO, and on-site content updates.
- Coordinate with logistics and CS teams to deliver premium service and smooth fulfilment.
- Partner with third-party platforms (Shopify Plus, ESPs, analytics tools) to enhance functionality and performance.
- Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital (paid social, Google Ads, email, SEO) and owned channels.
- Develop the brand calendar in collaboration with creative, product, and merchandising teams.
- Manage email marketing strategy, campaign performance, and database growth (Klaviyo or similar).
- Brief and oversee paid media strategy with in-house or external teams across Meta, Google, and affiliate.
- Plan brand-building activations including social storytelling, PR drops, influencer campaigns, and seasonal lookbooks.
- Report on trading, traffic, and campaign performance with regular insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimise onsite conversion, CAC, ROAS, and LTV with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Monitor competitor activity and digital trends to inform strategy and maintain competitive edge.
- 5+ years’ experience in a hybrid ecommerce/marketing role, ideally within luxury fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ownership of ecommerce trading performance and campaign execution.
- Strong grasp of Shopify Plus, GA4, Klaviyo, and Meta/Google Ads platforms.
- Aesthetic sensibility with an understanding of brand storytelling and luxury customer experience.
- Commercial mindset—data-driven, results-focused, and agile in approach.
- Excellent cross-functional project management and communication skills.
