Operations Analyst - Data Reporting / Deal Execution

Brand new role within a well-known name in the growth investment space. This opportunity supports the deal team and assists in the deal execution process, pipeline management, cash management, and data analytics.

This opportunity is aimed at candidates with 2 – 5 years of experience within financial services, and specifically those with coding experience – Python and PowerBI in particular. The primary focus will be to build a data reporting framework within the ops team, to assist with the whole process from origination to execution. Further to this, you will have some involvement with the deal operations process, and overtime take on more responsibility on that aspect. This is a highly visible role that will closely with senior stakeholders from investment and non-investment teams. Private debt experience is highly desired, but nuances can be taught on the job.

There is an expectation for this hire to be in the office full-time for the first few months so that they can get up to speed with how the teams and business function. Thereafter, it’ll be 4 days in the office and 1 WFH.
