6 Month Contract Outside IR35
We are working with a client that is embarking on a transformation drive across their ERP and HR systems, implementing Oracle Fusion HCM to replace over 50 legacy systems and create a single, standardised HR platform. The business needs an experienced business analyst with strong system design expertise to join the program immediately and act as the key liaison between the HR team and the systems integrator. This requires someone who understands HR business needs, can interpret the capabilities of Oracle Fusion HCM, and help shape effective solutions and challenge the status quo. Joining at the very beginning before process design has started. This is a vital project to define requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the implementation aligns with strategic goals. Phase 1 will be Oracle Fusion Core HR modules to be then followed by learning, development, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and desired outcomes.
- Act as the bridge between HR and the SI partner during the Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, ensuring constant alignment on requirements throughout the roll out.
- Lead high-level requirements gathering and help define target business outcomes.
- Hands on throughout the system design of Oracle HCM.
- Translate HR needs into Oracle HCM capabilities, advising on best-fit solutions.
- Guide stakeholders through the process design phase, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Support the initial implementation of Core HR and external payroll requirements, with future phases covering L&D, Recruitment, and Reward.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
