Powered by a cutting-edge tech stack—JavaScript, Node.js, and React - we are recruiting for a visionary Director of Technology / Engineering to drive and scale the organisation accordingly. You will in time live and breathe the product, being the ‘knowledge’ both internally and externally.
Your Role:
- Technical Leadership: Define, refine, and scale the engineering strategy, ensuring seamless performance and innovation.
- Team Management: Mentor, recruit, and inspire an agile team of developers and engineers.
- Product Evolution: Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure seamless integration of technology into user-first experiences.
- Hands-On Expertise: Take ownership of architecture, scalability, security, and best development practices.
- Innovation & Growth: Lead the charge in adopting new technologies that enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You'll Bring:
- Proven experience leading engineering teams within digital product or ecommerce environments.
- Come from an engineering background of JavaScript, Node.js, React.
- Have previously integrated and scaled products into complex cloud environments.
