At Envirly x Quantifier, we believe that everyone has a role to play in shaping a more sustainable future — and it all starts with access to clear, actionable data. We specialize in non-financial data analytics, helping companies monitor, report, and understand the environmental impact of their decisions. We’re building Envirly — a modern SaaS platform for ESG reporting, carbon footprint tracking, and climate analytics. Our mission is to show that smart, responsible business transformation can go hand in hand with cost optimization and operational efficiency. At the same time, we’re developing a new, innovative compliance product under the Quantifier — a fresh initiative that addresses the growing regulatory demands and naturally extends our capabilities.
We’re now looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us evolve our tools and take our products to the next level.
What you’ll do:
- Co-create tools that support businesses in understanding and reporting their sustainability and carbon footprint data
- Build and improve key features across our web apps — from architecture to deployment
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality web UIs
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them end-to-end
- Collaborate on planning sprints, retros, and technical discussions
- Shape and nurture best engineering practices within the team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of experience in full stack development
- Is advanced in React, Python, Django, and Git
- Has working experience with FastAPI, Docker, React Query, Redux, automated testing, and data visualization
- Bonus if you’ve worked with GitHub Actions, AWS, CDK, security, networking
- Is proactive, communicative, and enjoys solving complex problems with clean code
- Understands the full lifecycle of shipping software — from idea to deployment
- Speaks English comfortably
- Cares about sustainability and wants to build for impact
Nice to have:
- LangChain / LangGraph
- Cursor
What we offer:
- Flexible form of contract (B2B / UoP / other)
- Hybrid work setup (our office is in Warsaw)
- Benefits package (private medical care, sports card, learning budget)
- A smart, motivated team full of good ideas and great energy
- A mission that matters — and the freedom to build it with us
Recruitment process:
- We review your application
- You complete a short Gyfted assessment (10–15 min max)
- A quick intro call to get to know each other
- A take-home task to show us how you think and build
- A call to review your task with our Head of Engineering
- A casual chat to meet the founders and align on the bigger picture → Then: feedback or an offer. No ghosting. No long loops. Just a process that respects your time.
